Medical Insurance
Comprehensive medical benefits provided through BlueCross BlueShield, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). MPV offers a dual option medical plan in which associates may choose the plan that works best for their needs. MPV shares in the cost for associate and dependent coverage. Medical coverage is effective the first of the month following the associate's hire date.

Dental Insurance
Two dental plans offered through The Guardian Insurance Company. Dental insurance is paid in full for all associates and MPV shares in the cost for dependent coverage. Dental coverage is effective the first of the month following the associate's hire date.

Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is offered through The Guardian Insurance Company. Vision insurance is paid in full for both associates and all dependents. Vision coverage is effective the first of the month following the associate's hire date.

Flexible Spending Account
This program allows deductions of health insurance premiums and eligible dependent care & health care expenditures on a pre-tax basis. With a Flexible Spending Account, money is taken out of a paycheck before taxes & set aside in a tax-sheltered account.

Life Insurance/AD&D
Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment is provided by Met Life Insurance Company. All associates are provided life insurance at one times annual salary to a maximum of $150,000. This premium is paid by MPV. Associates may purchase supplemental and dependent life insurance at their cost.

Short and Long Term Disability
Each associate is eligible for short-term disability insurance, paid for by MPV. Each associate may opt to purchase long-term disability insurance. This will pay 60% of monthly earnings after a 90-day elimination period, which is covered through the short-term disability policy.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Each full time associate can make pre-tax contributions of up to 15% of salary into a variety of funds with American United Life's retirement savings plan. Associates are eligible after 30 days of service and may join at the first of any month.

Paid Time Off
MPV offers a progressive paid time off policy providing new associates with the flexibility of 18 paid time off days per year. Associates gain one additional PTO day per year, to a maximum of 30 days.

7 Paid Holidays
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Associate Referral Program
Active associates who refer a candidate, who is ultimately hired, will be eligible to receive a referral bonus. The bonus will be paid once the referred candidate has been an associate in good standing for 90 days.

Direct Deposit
Each associate has the option of direct deposit of both payroll and expense checks into the bank account(s) of choice.
