Cam McMartin, General Partner, CenterPoint Ventures, Chairman
Cam McMartin is a general partner with CenterPoint Ventures, a Texas-based venture capital firm that invests in early stage technology companies, and a board member of Edge Medical Devices, a privately held Israeli company. McMartin's career spans more than 20 years of operations and finance experience in both early-stage and mature technology companies, and he has held senior-level positions at Dazel Corporation, DataCard Corporation and Convex Computer Corporation. He received his master’s of business administration from the University of Michigan and his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University.

Mark Leschly, Managing Partner, Rho Ventures
Mark Leschly is managing partner of Rho Ventures and serves on the investment committees of Rho Fund Investors and Rho Private Equity. Prior to joining Rho in 1999, Leschly spent five years in venture capital at Healthcare Ventures where he was a general partner. Previously, he held a management consulting position at McKinsey & Company.

Leschly received his masters in business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and his current and recent board seats include: Anacor, Diversa (Nasdaq: DVSA), Inotek, Memory Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: MEMY), MPV, NitroMed (Nasdaq: NTMD), Orametrix, Orqis, Senomyx (Nasdaq: SNMX), SiTV, Tercica (Nasdaq: TRCA) and Vicuron (Nasdaq: MICU).

Jean-Pierre Millon
Jean-Pierre Millon is lead director at Cypress Bioscience [NASDAQ: CYPB] and a director at CVS Caremark [NYSE:CVS] and Prometheus Labs, a specialty pharmaceutical company. He is a co-founder of BLS LLC, a consulting and investing entity. He recently joined the board of HAPC, a special-purpose acquisition company. He was a special limited partner at Care Capital LLC, a healthcare venture fund, from 2001 until 2003.

Before his post with Caremark, Mr. Millon was named to the board of AdvancePCS in 2000 upon the merger of Advance Paradigm and PCS Health Systems. Mr. Millon was president and chief executive officer of PCS from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining PCS, Mr. Millon was an executive with Eli Lilly and Company for two decades, serving in leadership positions in the United States and executive posts in the Orient, Europe and the Caribbean Basin.

Mr. Millon served as president and general manager of Lilly Japan K.K. and vice president of the Lilly pharmaceutical division in Kobe, Japan. Before transferring to Japan, Mr. Millon directed strategic planning, personnel, Japan business planning and marketing research efforts at Lilly. Prior to those corporate directorships, Mr. Millon served as general manager of the Caribbean Basin in Puerto Rico. He also served in financial leadership roles in Germany, Belgium and France.

He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France, and a degree in economics from the University of Lyon, France. He was awarded a master's degree of business administration in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

John O. Parker
John Parker is a founder and advisory board member of Care Capital LLC, a Princeton, N.J.-based venture capital firm focused on life sciences and drug development markets. He is also a venture partner at Rho Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm based in New York. Parker was formerly a senior vice president and CIO for SmithKline Beecham, where he was responsible for the strategy, planning and organization for all information technology worldwide. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and CIO at SeaLand Service, Inc. He has also held senior-level positions at Squibb Corporation, Baxter Healthcare and Corning, Inc.

Parker currently serves on the board of directors at Express Scripts, Inc. and PHT Corporation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Bowdoin College, and his master’s in business administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Richard M. Peters, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Peters is a healthcare consultant with the Eikos Group and a practicing emergency physician with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. He is the former founder and CEO of the Internet ASP iTRUST, and lead founder and CEO of the electronic medical records start-up Oceania. He is a also the former vice chair of Committee E31 for the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), head of the ASTM E31 Division on Security and Confidentiality and former chair of the Workgroup on Security and Confidentiality for the American National Standards Institutes Healthcare Informatics Standards Board (ANSI-HISB). He served as a U.S. subject area expert on security and confidentiality to the international standards group ISO TC 215, and was a member of the CTP-5 Committee for the American Medical Association. Dr. Peters earned his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, and his medical degree and post-graduate training from the University of California, San Diego.

Tom Stampiglia, CEO
As CEO, Tom Stampiglia oversees MPV’s growth and market positioning, including the development of strategic partnerships and alliances. A veteran of the healthcare and technology industries, Stampiglia brings more than 25 years of experience in business strategy development, sales and software product development to this role.

Most recently, he served as president and COO of the Practice Services Division for WebMD Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s practice management, electronic medical records and electronic claims solutions. He also served as president of the Software Division at CheckFree Corporation and held various management positions at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., where he worked for 20 years, including general manager of Lanier Healthcare. Stampiglia received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

Jamo Rubin, M.D.
Jamo Rubin, M.D., is the founder of MPV and serves on the company's board of directors. He is currently executive chairman and founder of PTRx, a pharmacy benefits manager that provides prescription drug coverage and services. Prior to founding MPV and PTRx, he worked in private practice as an anesthesiologist, and currently is a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Department of Anesthesiology. He is the former chairman and current board member of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Cullen/Frost National Bank. Rubin received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwest Medical School, trained at Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital and received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
