MPV Eligibility Training Program
MPV supports our valued clients with a comprehensive training program designed to provide users with resources to maximize the benefits of MPV Eligibility in their organizations. MPV coordinates all training events with your MPV project manager. Your training plan will include a combination of the training offerings outlined below.
MPV Eligibility Kickoff Meeting
This is a one- to two-day, on-site session or virtual web conference meeting that encompasses the review of your business logic, payers and areas of focus for insurance verification. The MPV project manager meets with your project manager and designated experts for evaluation of your system and the workflow processes currently in place and will offer recommendations for further optimization of your current system structure. The pathway to building the MPV Eligibility portal for you begins at this stage.
MPV Web-Based Training
This session consists of a three-hour, Web-based training workshop that is structured as a Train-the-Trainer event. The workshop consists of an overview of your newly constructed Eligibility portal, your customized business logic and work queues. Attendees will be responsible for utilizing this knowledge to assist your organization with finalizing workflow processes and creating/delivering appropriate user training and documentation that is specific to your organization's use of MPV Eligibility.
MPV Eligibility Management and Reporting
Web-based training on our reporting tool is available through MPV Eligibility after you are live on the product and have been transitioned to your MPV account manager. The reporting functionality is invaluable to your management team as it allows you to quickly and accurately view trends in rejection rates with payers and self pay invoice recovery statistics as well as monitor productivity of end users across a variety of departments and clinics.
