The MPV implementation team works hand-in-hand with each of our valued clients to ensure a successful implementation. When a new agreement is signed, the implementation team works directly with the client team to ensure successful and secure data flow, connectivity and overall solution success.

Each client is assigned an implementation manager, who is responsible for coordinating and managing client site visits, delivering implementation documentation, negotiating and maintaining the implementation milestones and overseeing the implementation team that enables both technical integration and product use. The individual acts as a single point of contact for the client throughout the process and ensures the implementation is finished on time, with the highest quality.
